Weekly dance classes available every Monday, in addition to a number of drop-in and special workshop classes throughout the year. These classes are taught by special guest teachers and include tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, musical theater, line dancing and even ballroom.

5:30-6:15pm Musical Theater (Ages 8-15)
5:30-6:15pm Adult Basic Line Dance
6:15 - 6:45pm Kids' Ballet (Ages 5+)
6:45-7:15pm Kids' Tap (Ages 5+)
7:15-8:00pm Adult Tap
8:00-8:45pm Adult Ballet

Currently, our core yoga class is Saturday morning, Cardio-Yoga. This specialized class is characterized by unique rhythmic yoga poses performed to a beat, but you're always free to do your own thing based on your body's needs.
Cardio-Yoga - Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm (great for all levels and open to kids ages 8+, with adult guardian).
Stretch Yoga - Mondays 4:15-5:15pm

Our own take on ballet-inspired, barre fitness. Our basic Blvd Barre class is truly open and accessible to all levels. No ballet knowledge is needed and it's so much more than a traditional barre fitness class. You will work the whole body while learning some classical ballet terminology, unique to our style. This is a 45-minute class built around classical ballet barre technique for an intense workout meant to tone and sculpt you all over. Every class ends with a short yogilates stretch for full brain-body balance before we send you on your way!
